Taste
The first sip reveals a robust malty character, quintessential to Assam teas, layered with notes of date palm and a whisper of honey. As the liquor rolls over your palate, a delightful interplay of stone-fruit and yellow raisins emerges, adding a fruity complexity that perfectly balances the boldness of the brew.

The cup boasts a full-bodied texture, enveloping the palate with a creamy smoothness. Its brisk astringency leaves a refreshing, clean finish, inviting you for another sip.

The aftertaste lingers elegantly, with echoes of malt and gentle tones of cocoa that slowly fades, leaving a pleasant warmth.

Pleasant Tea

I've been testing several Assam teas from Teabox. This one seems to be winning. Very pleasant taste for a black tea. Love it!

Great value for Malt Monsters

If you like loose leaf, classic malty Assam teas, this is a great value. Malty, with notes of Date and other fruits, this is our go to morning cup. Great with a little honey or agave syrup

Malty satisfying assam

This was my pick of the sampler pack. Better than much more expensive teas. Really good with raw sugar, complements the flavor palate.

Harmutty is my go-to...

Harmutty is my go-to morning tea because it's malty, strong, and perfect with toast and homemade marmalade. I brew it only 3-4 minutes to lessen the caffeine a bit but it still has plenty of aroma and flavor.

Delicious!

It has a full-bodied and complex flavour, fruity, lower tannin. Most enjoyable!
