YOU ASKED, WE ANSWERED
How does the Elegant Ball Infuser work?
The Elegant Ball Infuser is a simple yet effective tool for steeping loose-leaf tea. Its design consists of a perforated metal ball attached to a chain and a handle.
To use, open the ball, add tea leaves, close it, and steep in hot water. The perforated design of the ball allows water to flow freely through the tea leaves, infusing the water with flavor while keeping the leaves contained within the ball.
Can I use the Elegant Ball Infuser for different types of loose-leaf teas?
Yes, the Elegant Ball Infuser is designed to accommodate different types of loose-leaf teas, including green tea, black tea, herbal tea, and more.
Its spacious and fine mesh construction allows for optimal steeping, ensuring that the flavors of your favorite teas are fully extracted.
Can I use the Elegant Ball Infuser for tea blends with small or fine ingredients?
Yes, you can absolutely use the Elegant Ball Infuser for tea blends containing small or fine ingredients.
Its fine mesh design ensures that even the smallest tea leaves, herbs, or spices are contained within the infuser, preventing them from escaping into your tea while still allowing their flavors to infuse effectively.
Are the colors on the ball infuser chemically done? Will it spill in my tea? Is it safe with hot water?
The colors on our ball infuser are not chemically applied; they are made using food-grade dyes that are safe for use with hot water.
Rest assured that they won't spill or leach harmful substances into your tea. Our ball infusers are specifically designed to withstand hot water temperatures, ensuring a safe and enjoyable tea brewing experience.
So go ahead and brew with confidence, knowing that your Teabox ball infuser is both safe and reliable.
Is the ball infuser prone to rusting?

This material is specifically chosen for its corrosion-resistant properties, making the infuser a reliable tool for steeping your favorite teas.
How many grams of tea does the ball infuser hold?
The ball infuser typically holds around 2 to 5 grams ( 0.07 oz to 0.17 oz) of tea leaves, depending on the size and density of the tea leaves.
How do I clean the Ball Infuser after use?

Perfectly fits in the Tea cup
Its good for teapot with hard cleaning.
I enjoy your Seeyok Garden teas. Waiting for next consignment, Thanks
It's a handy accessory for that quick cuppa! But being a regular customer...i wish it came complimentary!!
I liked the clip to close it tight and will not deshape.
Excellent for steeping tea on the go
I have used it for the first time and i loved it
Excellent product💖, really very useful.
Elegant as named
I've been using the infuser for some time now. The quality of the steel and hinges is good. Seems like a keeper. Well priced too. Enjoy that cup
The best infusers I have come across. Easy to maintain that's the catch. Just go for it.
I always prefer tea leaves over tea bags, reason being the Bleaching process used for paper to make tea bags has traces of bleaching agents.
So I was looking for the suitable alternative and this is where I found it.
I have just started using this infuser. Let's see how long it serves the purpose.
The item is very handy to use in office. It encourages use of tea leaves rather than the readymade dips.
love it, good tea suppliers, good to deal with will go back and buy more
In one word - Amazing!
I love this ball! Makes great tea for one.
Though it's best not to use this for teas with large leaves if you want them to steep best.
The clasp is flexible but firm. Teensy bits of tea dust may escape, but that's OK
The Elegant Ball Infuser that I bought is really good to use. It stays quite nicely on the tea cup and never interrupts the sip. Also it does not leak any tiny particles and we can sip the tea till the end. The design of the Infuser looks elegant as well. Thank you, TeaBox!!
Good for a single cup of tea. Look and feels like good quality.
Simple and classic design, easy to use and elegant looking.
Love the tea infuser that I received and making tea has become so hassle free now!
The infuser lets very, very little tea or small tea particles/dust through to your glass. I have a habit of shaking/dipping the infuser in the glass to make sure I get all flavors possible and this can bring some little pieces out into the cup.
I have used other infusers before and had many pieces or "dust" at the bottom of the cup.
However, it is important to note that the teas Teabox sends are big pieces of leaves so it is hard for them to sneak through the infuser anyway.
Perfect for a quick cup of tea. Well made, easy to use and clean.
The major problem I have had with infusers in the past is that they leak tea into the cup. With the Teabox infuser, I had no such issues.
The material is quite fine and there is a strong clasp pin that holds the 2 halves of the infuser together.
It takes slightly longer to steep tea in the infuser as opposed to doing it right in the pot.
The tea ball infuser is good quality, and the latch is easy to move, but locks into place snugly so I don't have to worry about it breaking open while steeping.
Great item, especially for the sale price!
Have used it a couple of times now and have to say, it is fairly well made. The latch on the ball is a genius design choice and makes it very easy to clean. The mesh is also tight enough that I do not think I have seen any lea leaves in my tea yet. I got it on sale but worth it at full price in my book.
