I am still waiting to hear back regarding the misdelivery of this advent calendar. I ordered this as a gift for my mother, and it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx. Unfortunately, they sent a grainy picture of a box outside a door I don't even recognise. I am very disappointed. I've contacted Teabox's customer service and am waiting for this to be resolved. I also tried to contact FedEx, but was unable to speak to anyone due to not being an account holder.
Obviously I was hoping that this would be delivered in time for my mum to have as an advent calendar.

I am a tea (and coffee) lover and keep trying different varieties. My primary goal is to relax and energize myself from everyday busy schedules, of course with a pinch of flavours to enjoy the sips. I have tried a few flavours from the trial pack and they are awesome. I feel that the relaxation I felt after having the tea is good enough to assess the quality. The only suggestion I have is to make the flavours a bit more stronger (example masala flavour). It's just my opinion. Overall, myself and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the teas from Teabox. Thanks.
I’m on my 3rd order of this chai! I love everything about this tea - the smell, flavor and taste. It’s very well-balanced as none of the spices overwhelm the others but I do feel that the star masala is the saffron!
I tried Assam Masala tea today morning and the taste was authentic.
The best tea I ever had no doubt the quality is amazing and I order so frequently … I have one question though can u tell me how to prepare the tea to make the taste more enhanced … I just put directly in milk and boil it .. is der any other way ??
We loved our first Sampler so much, we had to have a second one! It is so good to be able to try so many teas before committing to a larger order of something. The teas are great and the glass cup is so good at holding the temperature. Chai lattes also look super delicious in the glass. They might even taste better, too. 😃
I bought these as I was curious after seeing an ad on social media. I bought the trail pack to try lots of varieties. I so love these tea flavours. I have a cuppa or 2 every afternoon now. Highly recommend these treats
I cannot start my day without Teabox matcha! The taste is very smooth and you can tell it’s high quality. 100/10 recommend! Don’t think about it, just buy.
I’d never had real chai tea until finding TeaBox had variety boxes. It was so much fun trying the different varieties. Quickly discovered that the Punjabi masala chai was my favorite. The first sip was an absolute flavor explosion. Now my daily cup of Earl Grey has a rival. The scent of spices fills my home with each brewing. Love that this fresh tea is available and can be shipped to me quickly and affordably.
I have ordered the trial pack and I must say they are extremely refreshing and fragrant. It is an absolute delight to try the different teas everyday. I am so spoilt for choice. Will definitely be ordering again. The spoon is soooo cute too.

I was looking for something to gift my friend when I came across their gift Indian Oasis their Madhubani art design was what attracted me, and it contains 3 different types of teas and my friend loves tea so ordered this immediately. It arrived so quick I am impressed. Kudos to Teabox

While scrolling Facebook a few days ago, I happened upon the ad for TeaBox Teas. I had never really cared for Chai, as it was always bitter and had a flat flavor. I was intrigued by the Chai Sampler which included a measuring scoop and a beautiful glass tea cup. I splurged on myself and purchased the sampler. It came after about 8 days (such fast shipping!) and I was very intimidated when I opened the box. So many packets of different kinds of Chai... how could I choose one to try? I read the labels of each and every one, and decided to try the Jaipur Masala, because the ingredients sounds so delicious. I followed the instructions to make a cup of Chai for myself - I had been doing chores all day and was exhausted by mid-afternoon - and wanted to sit down and relax for a bit. I was so nervous to make the Chai, worrying I would mess it up or I would take the time to make it and it would taste like all the others I had tried (even ones in restaurants were simply awful). The instructions were simple and straightforward and in just a few minutes I was staring at the clear glass cup that came with my sampler filled to the brim with steam chai. I sat down outside and just watched the steam swirling from the cup. I got brave and picked up the cup (I noticed that the cup was cool to the touch while the Chai looked so warm and inviting). I held the cup up to my nose, and was totally taken aback. The smells eliminating from the cup were very full and robust and I could tell each and every flavor ingredient apart. You could easily tell there was cinnamon, orange, almond and chocolate! It was really something I did not expect. I took one small sip... and was so surprised at the flavor. Each flavor also stood out but didn't overpower the others. I savored this sip, and really took the time to enjoy it. The whole experience of this small cup of Chai really changed my day! My whole life changed a few years ago when my son became disabled and I had to retire from my job as a Pediatric Nurse to stay home and care for my son. My days are filled with un-ending chores and there never seems to be a moment when I can sit down and just relax.... Until NOW! I have found my little piece of calm and quiet. I can make myself a cup of Teabox Chai and transport myself to a peaceful place where every sip tastes so good, I forget about all the things I still have yet to do before my day is over. I know it sounds a bit silly - to say your Chai has changed someone's life, it truly has changed mine. I look forward to the small ritual of carving out a small bit of time for myself each day to make a cup of Teabox Chai, and just transport myself to a place where I can enjoy the lovely aroma and taste of the Chai, and the sounds of nature out on my deck. Thank you for taking the time and effort to produce a wonderful product and sharing it with us. I look forward to trying all different flavors in the tea sampler.
