More than 20 years a customer!

I have been drinking the tea from this garden for years, and have never once been disappointed. Brewing a cup, opening the top of the pot to savor the unique scent that says Darjeeling. That’s why when the 1st flush teas become available, my first purchase is always Jungpana!

My favorite estate

It's one of my favorite estates among all darjeeling growers. I know a new harvest is arriving soon but with teabox's good quality control and trust-worthy storage, I am happy to buy 2021 harvest at discouted price for everyday consumption.

Truly exception cup of Tea

Absolute amazed with this subtle, almost round bodied cup of tea with a mind blowing hint of sweet fruit notes. Highly recommended. The service of teabox is exceptional though!!!. Liked it very much. I have tried different cups from this garden from different seasons, and never I was let down. Thumbs UP!

Lovely, simple tea

Lovely smooth taste. I am not use to such light black teas and it personally reminded me more of a green tea due to that fact.
A simple flavour and on the weaker side which means I can easily enjoy several cups.

A Lighter tea, acuratly described

In its dry state, the tea is leafy and has a green color. After steeping, it is a light honey color, which is not surprising as the tea's description states "rose and honey" I usually have to add honey to most teas to cut bitterness, but as this one is light with a slight taste of honey, I did not have to add more. A good tea.

Strong

Good aroma and taste, slightly bitter if left alone but does have a very good relationship with cream and sugar (with in reason). I am more apt to add cream and sugar to darker blacks, or more flavorful steeps that might feel overpowering alone after half a cup.

My favorite from the box

I love black teas they are my favorite and my go to drink. This one is fantastic I love the golden color and the smell is just refreshing. I can never drink black tea by itself though. I had to sweeten it just a tiny bit just to cut the bitterness before you swallow.

Interesting Black

Very interesting black tea. Dry leaves smell like seaweed. Aroma is fainter when steeped. After steeping, leaves look greenish. Seems more like a green tea to me, since I'm used to the strong, dark, English breakfast blends when I usually drink black tea. This tea has a grassy, spicy, veggie palette.
